These inserts are bits for screwdrivers and their application, therefore, is tightening the screws. What kind of impression of bits is better? Hex-head screws allow a good grip (for example common decking screws) and are optimal for tightening operations. The bits can be used in assembly lines that use automatic screwdrivers. The most common sizes for the inserts are T10, T15, T20, T25, T30 and T40.

Vanadium is a chemical element and it is harder than most metals and steels. In fact, it is mainly used to produce specialty steel alloys such as high-speed tool steels (as milling cutter, drill and much more..). Chromium-vanadium steel is a group of steel alloys incorporating carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium, and vanadium. Chromium and vanadium both make the steel more hardenable. Chromium also helps resist abrasion, oxidation, and corrosion.
