What’re the type of packaging?
MASTER CARTONS
Our master cartons are made with good quality material specifically to facilitate its handling. The small box are inserted inside the master carton. Our master carton sizes has to be as follows: 28x24x17. Max 20 kg per master carton.
PALLETS
Cartons must be loaded on undamaged EURO flat pallets (EPAL) that measures 800*1200*144 mm. As you see on image below.
Full pallet has be composed by 36 master cartons (every pallet mst consist of only one item) put on respecitively:
- 3 pile master carton per pallet
- 4 line (on side 120 cm)
- 3 line (on side 80 cm)
As in the image below..
The pallet must be secured by 4 cardboard or wood angle bars at the angles. Then the pallet has to be wrapped with plastic film.
Pallet height must be max 650 mm (20 mm of tollerance), EURO pallet included. Indeed, pallet and load must not exceed 800 kg.
But not only..
MIXED PALLETS
In case of mixed pallets, products may not be overlapped as in the figure below..
